Home || Wrapping up December 2017

January 2, 2018

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Since Christmas was exactly a week from yesterday. I wanted to take one last look back into last year and show you all the details from our month of December and our Christmas decor details. Since we moved into our house a little over two years ago, I've slowly started collecting Christmas decor from a ton of different stores. This year has definitely beaten the past two years (decor wise that is) but every Christmas we've had in our home has been truly magical. Each year we get matching pajamas and wear them on Christmas morning and throughout the day. After unwrapping our presents I host a huge brunch with tons of food and never-ending mimosas! It’s so much and I love decorating my table for everyone to see!

I've gotten so many nice compliments on my wrapping paper and what my tree looked like the morning of Christmas. My trick to making my wrapping paper look so glamorous is pretty simple, I literally pick one or two patterns of paper I absolutely love (I buy about three rolls each) and then buy a ton of red ribbon to wrap around the boxes.

Another tip is to buy the pre-decorated boxes from Target - you don't even need to wrap them. Just place your gifts in the boxes, throw a ribbon on them and stick them under the tree. Super easy!

Below is a list of stores I find my favorite Christmas decorations and paper from.
